Coaching
What IS coaching?! Quite simply, it's a professional partnership that's facilitated through conversation. As a coach, I partner with my clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires and maximizes potential. I utilize my skills of intentional presence to empower my clients, promoting growth and self-discovery.
With me, you can choose the "professional" path for "job coaching" OR the "personal" path for "home coaching".

*Hannah is bound by the International Coaching Federation's "Code of Ethics" -- Hannah may take "clients" from all over the world virtually and is not bound by state or country.
Supports Brokering
A "Supports Broker" as defined by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is "a trained professional who provides direct and indirect waiver-funded guidance. They assist participants, families, and managing employers with self-directing their Participant-Directed Services (PDS), handling employer-related tasks, managing budgets, and connecting with community resources".
Any individual who is diagnosed with "Mild-Profound I/DD" and lives in the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" may contact their Supports Coordinator to discuss hiring a Supports Broker to assist with self-advocating.
*Hannah Ruby is an Independent Certified Supports Broker in Pennsylvania and is "bound by the Supports Broker standards".
Notes about Contracting
Hannah prefers to work on a contractual basis. (For example, she prefers to work WITH rather than "for".) All contractual terms, like payment, can and will be discussed on an individual basis during a "meet and greet". (In other words, a waiver should cover the cost of all Supports Brokering services while coaching is through "private pay".)
